Vero Beach homes, homes in Sebastian, Melbourne, North Hutchinson Island (and all towns in between!) are listed in dazzling full-color detail in Homes and Land magazine. This publication covers all homes from reasonably priced workforce homes to the most expensive homes featuring the ultimate in luxurious appointments.

Daryl Davenport, the Integrated Marketing Specialist of Homes and Land Magazine presented at the Melbourne Sales Meeting on January 18th , held at the Melbourne Area Association of REALTORS® (MAAR) building in Melbourne. Also present, was owner and President of Homes and Land magazine, Tom Shelton. 

Homes and Land Buyers Guide is distributed four times per year.  The magazine experiences a huge reach, being distributed in rest stops all along Highway US-1 and I-95.    The magazine is found in the Melbourne Airport, 7-Eleven stores; and in wildly popular Publix supermarkets. Daryl Davenport stressed that “A lot of people are moving from the south to the north and there are two hundred different drop stops in Miami alone.”  Davenport said, “People buy a lifestyle.  We don’t know where that is going to be.  In can be in Vero Beach or in Brevard County.  The important thing is to get your listing ads in front of as many eyes as is possible.” Homes and Land enjoys a readership of 1.4 Million people!  Daryl went on to explain that “Print drives people to the internet,” and she encouraged that sales associates use Homes and Land Magazine in their listing presentations.  
 
Print is not the only benefit of Homes and Land Magazine.  Every listing is featured on their internet site and their digital edition allows a viewer to ‘flip-through’ listings on-line.  The site offers “Easy Tour”, a virtual tour that also notifies the agent of statistics:  How many viewers have looked at their listings; and from where the buyers are coming.  Once a day, luxury listings are uploaded to DuPont Registry, the Real Estate Journal, and the New York Times.  Tom Shelton advised that you can tell your customers that “Their home is advertised everyday in print and on the internet”.
