Steve has made Brevard County his base of operations for over 30 years.  Even when mobilized by the Army or working in other parts of Florida, he has maintained his residence in the county.  He’s seen property values cycle, weathered hurricanes, and enjoyed life on and near the water.  He is pleased when a process works smoothly and is a strong advocate when there are challenges.
