Jamar Stewart

In his role, Mr. Stewart is responsible for overseeing new multifamily construction projects from start to finish. Responsibilities include subcontract negotiation, subcontract execution, scheduling, quality control and staff management. Mr. Stewart has several years of experience in construction of single family and multi-family homes. Before joining Coldwell Banker Paradise, Mr. Stewart spent a few years as the Regional Project Manager for Highland Homes - now part of the Clayton Properties Group. 

In addition, Mr. Stewart was a Project Manager for AV Homes - now part of Taylor Morrison and over 10 years as an active Florida Realtor. 

Mr. Stewart has extensive experience with contract negotiations, the construction of quality homes, and training of high caliber Construction Managers. 

Mr. Stewart served in the United States Marine Corps and graduated from Capella University with a Bachelors of Science in Psychology.
