After living in Martin County for 39 years, Jim recently relocated to the South
Beach area with his wife Lynn. They are parents to five grown children.
Originating from Puerto Rico, he is fully bilingual. After graduating from Marlin
County High School he attended Indian River Community College before joining
the Navy, where he proudly served as an aircraft structural mechanic for eight
years before being honorably discharged. He has an extensive background in
construction and landscaping in the Treasure Coast area. As a former business
owner for many years, he knows the importance of good business ethics and
fair, honest treatment; the same values he focuses on in his real estate career.
As a U.S. Navy combat veteran, Jim volunteers with the Disabled Veterans
Association. Veterans hold a special place in his heart so he has become
certified as a Military Relocation Professional (MRP), enabling him to help
veterans obtain all the assistance they are entitled to under special programs
available to them.
He is very actively involved in several ministries at his church, as he takes great
satisfaction in helping others in the community. He is an avid fisherman, and
also enjoys diving, golf and camping with his family.
